Robert Broaddis explains to his neighbor Taufeeq Ganes that Broaddis' 44-year-old neighbor had died in the night from carbon monoxide poisoning and that his two children have been hospitalized. The family just moved in earlier this week.

The man's house, located on the 4900 block of Kershaw Street, is where his body was discovered .
